DESCRIPTION

Marine and Civil Diving Services Ltd were contracted by Southend Council to complete a UXO survey of the works area. Once the data had been processed we then carried out diving operations to excavate, identify and remove any targets.

OUR SCOPE

3DChirp survey campaign with the aim identifying items in burial which match unexploded ordnance (UXO) threat items over the project area. Survey area shall by 50m x 50m.
Reporting: Factual survey report detailing processing and interpretation
Assessment of rendered potential target list by UXO Superintendent
Commercial diving operations for de-burial and removal of targets.
